Traffic Jam on Morrison Canyon
A motor officer is reporting about 20 cars stuck on the hill as Friday afternoon commuters going up the supposedly closed road have encountered vehicles coming down. A second motor officer is en route to assist. The City really needs to keep cars from entering the closed area.

They did install plastic bollards there near the bottom and at the top. But it's a narrow single lane road with nowhere to turn around. If one car goes up, they're pretty much committed to going up.
