A man has reported that a male robbed him of his bicycle and a bag of groceries at Washington and Roberts. The suspect fled south on Roberts on the bicycle. The victim, who is not requesting medical aid, is waiting for officers at the Safeway.
Update at 10:30 A suspect is stopped on Lincoln, but is not complying with the officers instructions. Back up officers arrive in short order and were able to detain the subject. Guess he'll have dinner in Santa Rita tonight.
