Here is online arrest info on 2 of the 3 occupants of the 487 suspect vehicle.   Mr. Standley is being held at Santa Rita without bail for parole violation.  Mr. Tobias is the 30 year old driver who was shot in the chest.  He was also booked on some warrants, at least one including possession of a firearm by a felon.  There was no arrest info to indicate he had a gun in the car Friday night.  The 245PC charge may indicate that he attempted to strike an officer with his vehicle.
