Burglary Call in Niles

Officers are looking for a possible burglary suspect in the area of Niles and Linda.  Around 8:30 this evening, homeowners returning to their home noticed the front door ajar.  The husband went inside, noticed the rear sliding door was shattered and heard a noise inside.  In the meantime, the wife was calling 9-1-1.  Numerous officers rolled hot to the scene, including the K-9 unit.
Update:  The house was clear of any intruders and their yard as well.  A CSI is rolling to the scene.  The backyard is clear, but not sure if officers are still in the area checking the nearby fields.
