A man in a red hoodie plucked a few items from a vehicle parked at the Chick-fil-A on Mowry near Blacow. Anyone wearing a hoodie on a 100 degree day must be nuts or up to no good. Suspects last seen headed towards 880 in a black 2014 Chrysler 300 7RFT740. The plate is stolen.
