Fremont police is active in an apartment complex off of Monroe near Washington Hgh this evening. While the tone alert is on their main radio channel they are talking on an encrypted radio talk group. This event started sometime around 8:30 P.M. I’m trying to find out details from original dispatch.
At 1032 pm paramedics and 2 battalion chiefs were dispatched to the apartment complex off Monroe.
This was dispatched as a domestic battery involving a 50-year-old male who has been drinking and who has a large machete and possibly a rifle. The female victim is out of the apartment and has been treated by paramedics. At least 10 officers were on scene initially.
At 11:40 pm a code 4 was put out and the event has apparently ended.
