Father David Pleads No Contest to 5 Charges

According to Alameda County Court records, former Corpus Christi priest Father David, pleaded No Contest to five charges of lewd act upon a child, and was "Certified Convicted Guilty"of one charge last Friday.  A number of cases were dismissed by the prosecution, apparently in exchange for the No Contest plea.  He will appear in court on September 27 for sentencing.
