Wednesday Afternoon Calls

...all of the following within the last half hour...UPS driver reports a man with 3 back packs walking up to cars at State and Capitol and kicking them...the manager at Cloverleaf Bowl reported two transients, one male, one female causing a disturbance on the Bay Street side parking area...two motorists collided on the north end of Fremont Blvd and one refuses to talk to the other....an apparent suicide attempt by an older woman in zone two (conscious and breathing)...at a restaurant at Fremont and Mowry, a transient threw a ketchup bottle at a customer and he is now outside eating out of the garbage can.  The manager is locking the doors..
