California, and specifically Fremont, need to move full speed on this law. It may already be on the books, but seldom enforced. Yesterday a call for an ambulance resulted in a 20 minute wait. Do we want the fire/paramedics delayed too?

Even though you have solid stats and/or proof, the city doesn’t care and will continue to build and make poor decisions that will impact the residents of Fremont.
