Attempted Stabbing at House Party on Ellsworth

Fremont officers were called to an apartment complex on Ellsworth around 12:40 this morning after a resident said a room mate attempted to stab him with a kitchen knife.  The victim was hiding in his bedroom and wasn't sure if the suspect was still in the house.  A party had been going on and seven others are possibly still in the home, all high on drugs.  One of the other party goers stopped the suspect from stabbing the victim, according to dispatch radio traffic.  Numerous officers arrived within minutes of being dispatched to this Mission San Jose apartment.  The suspect had left prior to police arrival and it is unknown if others at the party verified the victim's account of events.
