McFarland PD

The East Bay Times has been running some stories about bad cops.  In today's paper there is a great story about the McFarland (Kern County) PD and their hiring of cops with troubled pasts.  You may recall there was a movie about the McFarland High cross country team a few years back.  I can see another movie popping up in the future.  Here is the link:
