This is one of the stranger things I have heard on scanners over the years. A man opens up his locked storage locker at the U-Haul Moving and Storage facility on South Grimmer at Business Center Drive, and finds an unconscious male inside. Police officers arrive five minutes later, along with the paramedic ambulance. The man is pronounced dead at 12:10 p.m. FFD was on scene for 14 minutes. A CSI was requested and the sergeant notified.
Speculation: Assuming no foul play is involved, my hunch is that this is a homeless man that snuck into the locker the last time the renter was there and hid, thinking he would be able to get out at a later time.
