ANOTHER NAKED PERSON ON THE STREETS TODAY!
A naked woman has just been reported at Fremont and Grimmer. She may have her top on, but her pants are down to her ankles. This is the third report of a naked person (one male and two females) in the last 9 hours or so, in public, on the streets of Fremont.
