Police Activity on Farwell near Mowry

Police officers are at an apartment complex on Farwell off of Mowry this afternoon sorting out a strange call.  Apparently a man knocked on a door in the area asking for help.  His hands were tied behind his back and he had a bloody nose.  Then five men grabbed him and took him into an apartment.  Numerous officers arrived and were able to get everyone out of the apartment, including the victim.  About twenty minutes later there was a call for an ambulance, apparently for the man with the bloody nose.  As of this writing it appears officers are still sorting out the details of this call.
Side note:  At one point the subject told someone that he was "new to America".  And one of the reporting parties said the had his AR-15 outside but was told by dispatch to take it inside when officers arrive.  So, Welcome to America, bro, where we have more guns per capita than any other country (and possibly more mentally ill as well).
