Disturbance Outside Hookah Lounge in Centerville

Just after 3 this morning officers were dispatched to the Dream Hookah Lounge in Little Kabul after a noise complaint was received.  Apparently people were entering and leaving the business and being loud outside.  The business, according to internet info, should have been closed at 2 a.m.  Officers arrived about ten minutes later and put out a code 4.  Apparently they were able to quiet it down or it was quiet upon arrival.
