Frying Pan Felony

Zone 1 officers are out on a family feud where an adult daughter threw a frying pan at her mother and struck her.  Initial report is that an ambulance is not needed.  The daughter has a history of not getting along with others.  The original call had this as an assault with a deadly weapon, a felony.  Officers on scene now putting out a code 4.  Their investigation may result in different charges, if any.
