Fremont Police public information officers continue to slack off, having published only one patrol blotter in April, which covered just 3 days. This is down from 3 blotters in March covering 9 days. They were busy with the OIS two weeks ago, but they should be able to produce a daily patrol blotter to inform the community. The public is anxious to know about crime trends, including calls for service regarding transients. I don't think putting out a daily blotter is asking too much.
I totally agree with you. As far as I’m cony, they are not transparent at all. Yes, we need to know what’s going on in our community.
