Crazy Woman on Niles Blvd.

A Fremont officer was conducting a welfare check on a woman on Niles and Rock around 2:00 this afternoon when she started acting up.  Soon a "code 3 cover" came out.  Apparently the woman was attempting to run into the street and the officer had trouble detaining her.  He managed to get one cuff on her, per radio traffic, but still needed assistance.  His back up arrived shortly and they were able to control her.  I don't believe there were any injuries from this incident.
