Well, not inside the church and probably not a member of the church, but there is a report of a man in the parking lot of the LDS Church, Walnut at Gallaudet, holding his pants (he is naked from the waist down) and touching himself. Last seen walking towards the apartments under construction holding his pants. Nice wake up call for the construction crew...
Update: at 8:27 another report of the pants less man....now walking west on Walnut near Guardino still carrying his pants. Oh, he just defecated on the sidewalk...
