Transient Calls

Here are just two that I was able to catch recently...main library on Stevenson there was a complaint of two transients laying on the sidewalk and telling people to walk around them.  Then over at Party City at The Hub, an older transient with a pipe in his shopping cart was refusing to leave and was possibly on drugs or drunk.
