Women Steal Thousands of Dollars in Perfume From Ulta

It has been awhile since I have heard a theft from an Ulta come over the scanner, but one just occurred at Pacific Commons.  The initial report is that thousands of dollars in fragrance were taken by 4 women and they left in a Honda Accord.  No officers are available to take the report at this time, it appears.
