Officer needs backup at Five Guys at Pacific Commons to "wrap" a female who is out of control. Now he says they have her in the car and do not need to "wrap" her. Initially the officer called for a sergeant and two additional officers. She could be heard screaming in the background of radio transmissions. The woman is being arrested for being intoxicated in public, per radio traffic.
Update at 5:13 pm Officer has her at WTH ER for an eval and has just requested back up. Apparently she is acting out again.

ReplyDelete2O7 is off with something and they have a traffic officer there now. Not sure what she has. Just heard her ask about Cal Trans...somebody must have hit a sign or something.
