Disturbance at WTH ER

A 69 year old woman has been discharged from the Washington Hospital ER but refuses to leave, per FPD radio traffic.  She has also threatened to assault the staff.  This is a known transient that has had contact with FPD in the past.
Side note:  Officers are being diverted from this call to Third Street in Niles to check on a subject who activated his satellite alert system from his BMW.  Seems to me this is no different than a residential alarm and probably bogus.  In this era of cellphones,  seems unlikely someone in a city environment would push an alarm button for anything when you have cell service.  OH, guess what?  Dispatch made contact with the car owner and he is Code 4, just setting up the alarm system.  What a waste of time.
Update-  12:30 p.m.  FPD finally made it over here after dealing with a few other calls and have reported that she is walking out, but dispatch may hear from her again.
