Perhaps its the Slurpees that attracts the transients to the 7-Elevens. Over at the 7-Eleven on Grimmer at Blacow a man is smoking by the gas pumps and refuses to leave. Now the report is that he has moved away from the pumps but is still there. Officers are en route.
