Another Officer Needs Help Call

I missed the location, but another out of control person required several officers to control and put in a "wrap".  Sounded like the subject was being arrested for 273.6 PC (violating a restraining order).  Listening in on the ambulance to hospital channel, the male suspect threw his arm through a window causing lacerations to his upper arm with minimal blood loss.  He is stable but agitated.  FPD is on board the ambulance as it travels to a local hospital.
