Police Activity West of The Hub

Fremont Police officers were active in the area of Logan & Sacramento and neighboring streets looking for a prowler early this afternoon.  It all started when unit 1X1 observed a known subject run from him, eventually hopping fences into adjacent streets.   While another officer located the subject and held him at gunpoint, unit 1X1 then observed another subject hopping fences away from the officer.  Numerous officers poured into the neighborhood, but by 3 p.m. it appeared he had not been located.  Last I heard this second subject was considered a prowler, but to my knowledge no burglary had been reported.  This could all change as people return home this evening.
