Another Fremont Transient Class Act

FPD and FFD on the way to an address on Camden to check a report of a passed out female near a dumpster with a cigarette in her mouth.  I say again...passed out woman with a cigarette in her mouth.  What a nice day though to have a few drinks, light up a smoke, and take a little nap by your favorite dumpster.

    I guess I wouldn't mind if people are passed out in public, but maybe post a sign saying "I'm OK, no services please". Kinda like at a hotel when you don't want house keeping to stop by.
