Fremont officers are out checking reports of two separate individuals possibly high on drugs and acting strange in public. The first is at Grimmer and Doane....a man riding his bike in the street, then stopping to hit a tree and post and yelling at no one. Then a few minutes later another man is outside the Starbucks on Fremont at Five Corners yelling at people. Witnesses thought he was high on something as well. Hopefully they have their pants on and haven't urinated anywhere in public.
Update- The first subject was now observed near Bronco Billy's on Blacow and was threatening harm to people. Still out on his white bicycle.
